By using this website (centraltexaswildlifelegacy.org), making purchases, or attending events organized by Central Texas Wildlife Legacy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Central Texas Wildlife Legacy provides:

• Organization and hosting of conservation and outdoor-themed events

• Sale of event tickets and sponsorship packages

• Sale of merchandise related to outdoor activities and conservation

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices in effect at the time of purchase will apply.

For event tickets, pricing tiers may include:

• Early Bird pricing (available for limited time)

• VIP packages and table sponsorships

Ticket prices may increase as the event date approaches.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Authorize.Net, a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

By providing payment information, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method

• The information provided is accurate and complete

• You will pay all charges incurred

4.4 Payment Security

Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on payment security.

5. EVENT TICKETS

5.1 Ticket Sales

Event tickets grant admission to specific events as described at the time of purchase. Ticket purchase includes:

• Entry to the event venue

• Access to activities specified in the ticket description

• Food and beverages as indicated for the ticket tier

• Entertainment and programming as scheduled

5.2 Non-Refundable Policy

All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your ticket cannot be refunded or transferred.

5.3 Age Restrictions

Many events are restricted to attendees 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification will be required at entry. Attendees who do not meet age requirements will not be admitted, and no refund will be issued.

5.4 Ticket Delivery

Tickets will be delivered electronically via email to the address provided at purchase. You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address

• Checking spam/junk folders for ticket delivery

• Presenting tickets (printed or on mobile device) at event check-in

5.5 Lost or Stolen Tickets

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets. Duplicate tickets may be issued at our discretion upon verification of purchase.

6. EVENT CONDUCT AND ATTENDANCE

6.1 Code of Conduct

All event attendees must:

• Treat staff, volunteers, vendors, and other attendees with respect

• Follow venue rules and safety guidelines

• Comply with all applicable laws

• Refrain from disruptive, threatening, or harassing behavior

• Consume alcohol responsibly (if 21+)

6.2 Right to Refuse Entry or Remove

We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any attendee who:

• Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

• Engages in disruptive, threatening, or illegal behavior

• Violates event rules or policies

• Does not meet age requirements

• Presents invalid or fraudulent tickets

No refund will be issued for refused entry or removal from events.

6.3 Assumption of Risk

By attending events, you acknowledge and accept risks inherent in outdoor activities, including but not limited to:

• Weather-related hazards

• Uneven terrain and outdoor conditions

• Interaction with wildlife or outdoor environments

• Food and beverage consumption

• Participation in activities or demonstrations

You attend events at your own risk. We recommend appropriate clothing, footwear, and personal preparation for outdoor conditions.

7. MERCHANDISE SALES

7.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our return policy.

7.2 Shipping

Merchandise orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7.3 Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:

• Item is unused and in original condition

• Original packaging and tags are intact

• Proof of purchase is provided

Event tickets and sponsorships are not refundable or exchangeable.

8. EVENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

8.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to change event dates, times, venues, programming, entertainment, or other details. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of significant changes.

8.2 Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled by Central Texas Wildlife Legacy, ticket holders will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• Transfer of ticket value to a future event

We are not responsible for travel expenses, lodging, or other costs incurred in connection with cancelled events.

8.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, venue unavailability, or other acts of God.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Ownership

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Central Texas Wildlife Legacy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content without permission

• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any content

10. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RELEASE

By attending events, you acknowledge that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken. You grant Central Texas Wildlife Legacy permission to use your likeness, voice, and image in:

• Marketing and advertising

• News and media coverage

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform event staff.

11. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

11.1 No Warranties

Our website, events, and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Defects will be corrected

• Our website or servers are free of viruses or harmful components

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Texas Wildlife Legacy, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

13.3 Arbitration

For claims under $10,000, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Austin, Texas. Each party will bear their own costs.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Central Texas Wildlife Legacy.
